Polyester putty is a two-component paste manufactured with DCPD based Polyester resin and special fillers to impart soft, smooth spread and ease of application. It is highly recommended for car body refinishes. It has special characteristics as to fill pin-holes, scratches and small dents on the surface. It has very quick curing and smooth sanding properties. It has excellent adhesion to most of the metals including Galvanized Iron and has excellent shock resistance.

Application
- Ensure that the surface of the Material is free of dirt, oil, grease and other contaminants.
- Abrade with P80 grit sand paper.
- Mix the base 100 parts and hardener 1-3 parts using a Putty Knife and apply.
- Sanding can be done after 20 to 30 minutes of application using emery #80 followed by #120 and #180.
TC polyester putty is recoatable after sanding. For maximum durability apply epoxy primer over bare metal before TC polyester putty applying Putty.
